Bimetal contact which our customers need for all kinds of electrical switching systems are produced by our cold forming machines with pure or alloyed silver in accordance with their technical drawings and requested quantities. As per our customer’s request, we have a possibility to produce a different kind of contact forms in addition to the standard contact forms.We can use the different type of silver alloys depending on the current values and types used in the contacts which we produce.
The most commonly used silver alloys are as follows;
. Pure silver (Ag 99.99)
. Nickel silver (AgNi10)
. Cadmium silver (AgCdO 88/12)
. Tinoxide silver (AgSnO2 88/12)
. Silver with zinc oxide (AgZnO 92/8)
